FuelPure Process / Services

A FuelPure Technician will sample the tank to be cleaned and custom the filtration process with any combination of filters and micron ratings:
Cyclone: The cyclonic action draws the heavier waste material to the bottom to be removed, fuel then passes through the top of the unit to the filter vessels.
• Pleated Media Filters: Sediment Filter with micron ratings from ¼ to 75.
• Fiberglass Filters: High efficiency migration barrier guarantees that no fibres will pass downstream.
• Coalescer Filters: Particle and emulsified water removal.
• Aquacon Filters: Water absorbing cartridges remove free and absorbed water to less than 2 ppm.
The suction hose is moved throughout the tank to ensure all areas of the tank have been cleaned. The hose has a clear section that allows the operator to see the waste being drawn into the system and when areas of the tank no longer have any visible contamination. The process is continued until all contamination has been removed. A sample is then taken of the finished tank(s) to ensure removal of all contamination.
Turbo-Flush and Purification (TFP)
Removal of water, sediment and contamination from tank surfaces. Removal of suspended contamination through continued cycling until fuel reaches five (5) microns or less in purity.
Fuel Transfer (FT)
Removal of water, sediment and contamination from fuel during a transfer or pump out, once through the filtration system.
Independent Laboratory Analysis (ILA)
Available upon request at additional cost.
